We listen to our customers’ requests and transform them into concrete and efficient solutions

During the long weekend of April 25th, we started the installation of a customized system for the cooling of the new induction welding lines and the maintenance of pickling tanks by an important Italian OEM producing components for the refrigeration and the climatization of the air.

The plant includes two air cooled chillers of 150 kW each, combined with a 2500 liters tank and an inverter-driven pump group with two run/st-by pumps. The inclusion of a 250 kW dry-cooler complete with recirculation pump and 3-way valve allows the energy optimization of the entire system by activating the free-cooling action when the environmental conditions allow it. The supply also includes two water thermoregulation units of 25 kW each for the control of the deionized water temperature, specially manufactured for welding lines.

The scope of supply includes the installation of all the components, the laying of the hydraulic pipes and the start-up of the entire plant, with the aim of guaranteeing to our customer the 24-hour operation of the production lines.

Our customer has chosen us relying on our experience and our ability to manage the entire process of selection, construction and installation of the plant. We approached the supply starting from the analysis of the needs of our customer to design a solution that was on the one hand performing and on the other one efficient, taking into account all the variables on the field. Following the selection of the system, we carried out several inspections to optimize the installation of the hydraulic pipes and complete the electrical connections.

Once the machines were ready, we coordinated the delivery, unloading and positioning on site, which is being followed by the connection and start-up activities of the system.
